Vivo X Note Spotted with 7-inch AMOLED Display, SD 8 Gen 1, and 5000 mAh Battery

Vivo has been stepping up its game with its smartphone offerings. In the past couple of years we’ve seen some great value-for-price offerings from budget phones to flagship devices like the Vivo X60 Pro and X50 Pro, and it doesn’t seem like the company is slowing down anytime soon. More recently, rumors have pointed to an upcoming device which seems to be the Vivo X Note, which is scheduled for release this year.

Design and Display

Based on the source photos and details, the Vivo X Note will likely come with a large 7-inch AMOLED display with a hole punch camera design. Given that most manufacturers stick with sub-7-inch displays for a majority of their devices, this almost puts the Vivo X Note within compact tablet territory. Additionally, the display will come with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, as rear-mounted fingerprint sensors have mostly been replaced by front-facing sensors in recent times.

The back of the phone features a rather large camera module, which is the norm for most flagship Android devices these days. The post lists a quad-camera setup at the back of the Vivo X Note.

Internal Specs and Battery

The original listing for the phone mentioned that the device will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, which does make sense given that the device is meant to be a flagship smartphone. Additionally, it is mentioned that the device will likely be available with 256 and 512GB of internal storage, both with 12GB of RAM.

The Vivo X Note is also predicted to come with a massive 5,000 mAh battery inside and will be compatible with 80w fast-charging.

Release Date

There’s still no official word on a global release date from Vivo themselves, however, but the post mentions that the phone will be released “next month.” For the moment, Vivo fans and spec-enthusiasts will have to wait a bit more for more news of a worldwide release.
